- Charcuterie boards, featuring local and house made charcuteries, pickles, preserves, olives, devil egg, grilled bread and butter 

- Amuse bouche (surprise!)

- Beet salad - House made boursin, candied nuts, spiced maple vinaigrette

- Braised beef short rib, red wine glaze,  potato puree, fricasse of mushroom

- Maple Apple Jar - cider curd, green apple sorbet, meringue

+ Maple inspired cocktail

+ Glass of wine (1 included)

Bar service ($) : wine (glass or bottle), beer and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages

**EARLY BIRD TICKETS** Until March 25th 2018 at midnight :
CCFO members - $55 + gratuity ($8,25) + GST (limit of 1 ticket per member)
General admission -  $65 + gratuity ($9,75) + GST

From March 26th to April 5th 2018 :
CCFO members - $65 + gratuity ($9,75) + GST (limit of 1 ticket per member)
General admission -  $70 + gratuity ($10,50) + GST

*Gratuity is automatically added for groups and special events.
