General admission -  $65 + gratuity ($9,75) + GST

From March 26th to April 5th 2018 :
*CCFO members - $65 + gratuity ($9,75) + GST
General admission -  $70 + gratuity ($10,50) + GST

*MEMBER : limit of 1 ticket per member

*Gratuity (15%) is automatically added for groups and special events.

The culinary experience FESTIN returns to the Kelowna MapleFest. 

CONCEPT: The concept is to create a convivial food-infused evening event full of surprises.

AMBIANCE: From Shack to Chic! 

MENU

To start (share plates): 

- Charcuterie boards, featuring local and house made charcuteries, pickles, preserves, olives, devil egg, grilled bread and butter. 

+ Maple inspired arrival cocktail

Dinner (4 course meal):

- Amuse bouche - surprise
- Beet salad - House made boursin, candied nuts, spiced maple vinaigrette
- Braised beef short rib, red wine glaze,  potato puree, fricasse of mushroom
- Maple Apple Jar - cider curd, green apple sorbet, meringue

+ 1 glass of wine included (red or white)

Bar service ($) : wine (glass or bottle), beer and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages


CHEF: Chris Shaften

 

"Chef, owner, and former Top Chef contestant Chris Shaften brings a passion for Canadian cuisine to Krafty Kitchen + Bar. It's a good thing, too, since he's also passionate about locally sourced ingredients and farm-to-table eating. A self-described "free range chef" and "responsible food advocate," Shaften crafts dishes with the goal of bringing the flavor of the Okanagan to each plate."
