Every year, the Kelowna MapleFest is an unmissable event in the Okanagan. It brings together Francophones as well as Anglophones around a common passion: art and culture. This event allows grouping the population of Kelowna and the surrounding population and tourists.
The Kelowna MapleFest takes place on a complete weekend: on March 27th to 29th. The Kelowna MapleFest is more than just a festival with traditional food; this is an event where families can enjoy singers, dancers, musicians, craftsmen, street animation, clown and more. There is a wide variety of artists and types of music that energizes and entertains the crowd. The festival has something for every taste and age. Participants will get to delight their taste buds by enjoying many dishes like pea soup, poutine, crepe, waffle, cotton candy and, of course, maple taffy on the snow.
The main aim of the Kelowna MapleFest is to create an event where families can get together, share and discover. This event offers a chance to artists, artisans and chefs to present their latest products and to create a relationship of trust with their public. The brotherly and festive spirit present throughout the event allows everyone to learn more about each other.
This year again, the CCFO puts everything in action to make the 2015’s edition a success!
